Would you venture into the Himalayas without a Sherpa? I didn't think so - and neither would I. Not only is it dangerous, but simply unfamiliar territory. And we all know the internet (Zillow, Trulia, etc.) is a reliable source of information, right??? At the same time, I know that most of my friends don't sell or buy homes every month either - that's my job and where my experience lies. Did you know that it seldom costs you even a penny more to have an EXPERIENCED SHERPA guide you through your real estate journey? And I guarantee that internet-based companies won't negotiate hard to get you the best deal...
Just so you know that I practice what I preach, here's a photo of me with my wife Sue in October 2018, hiking the Great Smoky Mountains with our great friend, fellow Scoutmaster and commercial builder Bob Spista. And yes, on both this hike and in constructing our 6000 sq ft commercial building in Nashville, Bob was our Sherpa!
