Here's my Christmas present to all my good friends = ALDI. Go to aldi.com, locate the Aldi grocery store nearest you, and shop there FIRST. You will not be disappointed.
I have shopped at Aldi grocery stores for over 3 years now. Last week I was meeting with our Memphis-based nutrition auditor - who was AMAZED by the money we save while providing nutritious meals for about 50 children, 12 hours every week day. Not only is Aldi's quality as good OR BETTER than the better-known chain stores (Kroger, Publix, etc.) - but they offer a double guarantee that you will be satisfied. If you're not, they will BOTH replace the item AND give you your money back.
We also buy our household groceries there - we would not serve our preschool children food that we would not eat ourselves, and their food is THAT GOOD. Also, our oldest daughter feeds her family of 5 (soon to be 6) on about $100 per week. We even buy groceries there when we go on vacation (as long as we have a fridge in our room) - most recently in Orlando.
They are true to their many slogans - one of my favorites: "When deciding between saving money and eating well, always choose both". Again, my gift to you. DO OPEN IT (before Christmas!)
