Description	Realizing the American Dream approved course taught at 129 West Fowlkes Street, Franklin, TN 37064. In conjunction with the class one-on-one pre-purchase counseling is conducted but may be prior to the class or after the class. There is no fee for attending this course, certficates will be given out at the end of the course.

How to shop for a home, a lender, a loan product, insurance agent and closing attorney. You will also learn why good credit is important and how to develop a budget/spending plan. This is an eight hour class, and we provide all materials.”
